We just want the best
Hello! We are Morfars.
We are a Danish team of hobby geeks with a massive passion for everything RC. In Denmark, we’re known for our enthusiasm and our uncompromising search for quality - and we’re really looking forward to sharing that passion with you. We know we’re new to some of you, and we’re going to work hard to earn your trust.
It all started in Morfar’s basement...
Like many great stories, ours began in a basement. To be precise, in Morfar’s (Danish for Grandpa) basement. It all started with a simple frustration: why was it so hard to find really good, durable, and fun gear for our own kids? We wanted quality, not something that broke after the first run.
We started importing RC cars, drones, and boats from all over the world, purely for our own sake. Soon, we realized we weren't the only ones missing this kind of quality. Morfar, wise as he is, saw our passion and said: "You need to do this for real!". No sooner said than done. We took the leap from the basement, and Morfars was born.
Handpicked quality and geeky knowledge
You won’t find any "run-of-the-mill" items here. Every single product in our range is handpicked and tested by us. We only sell what we love and stand behind ourselves - from advanced machines for the experienced enthusiast to perfect entry-level models for those who’ve just discovered the thrill of RC.
We are a team of true enthusiasts. We love talking tech, giving tips and advice, and helping you find exactly the right product for your needs. We have a physical store with a workshop in Denmark, and even as we grow internationally, we bring that same personal service and deep knowledge with us. Never hesitate to reach out - we look forward to geeking out together with you!.
We are Morfars. A small, passionate team that is incredibly excited to be part of your RC world. Thanks for having us!

Jesper
Okay. Meet our specialist and big kid, Jesper. He has over 20 machines at home and is still collecting. In his own words, it's a bit like being interested in model trains—just on steroids (!) Jesper loves the tech, and he won't shy away from rescuing a car from a lake only to get it running again. If you want to chat with him about anything other than remote control cars, try model building and painting.

Oliver
If something can be built on, it must be built on! Keeping up with the tech enthusiast Oliver, who's head over heels for the DJI Mini 4 Pro, won't be easy. Oliver was just 12 years old when he bought his first car from us. Even back then, he probably knew the most! The car zoomed into a telephone cabinet (because Oliver loves buttons), leading to weekly visits for spare parts. He showed up on his 15th birthday to get a job with us and has been here ever since.

Niels
Meet our logistics expert, Niels. You won’t catch him racing around with a remote control in his hands, but he runs the warehouse with an iron grip, ensuring all packages are shipped on time. Niels is as logical as he is logistical, and if there’s one thing he can't wrap his head around, it's people paying shipping fees for delivery of AA batteries! On the other hand, he's totally thrilled about Hurricane. He's busy getting those out the door.

Line
Line is our buyer, bookkeeper, and quality expert. Of course, she loves the Rustler—she always says it's an awesome car for the price. She's all about the colors, so that's not the best topic to challenge her on! Line will never forget the time we had to fix a car that accidentally hit its owner and punctured his lung. He sent us a hospital photo, saying it was the coolest thing that ever happened to him. That car could do everything!
Great remote-controlled car and really good info before my 6-year-old grandchild started using it. Highly recommended.

Our Story

2002
Oh, so you want to know even more about Morfars?
You’re one of those who just can’t get enough. That's awesome! So, let's dive even deeper. Morfars began way back in 2002. Our initial focus wasn't on remote-controlled wonders. It was on toys in general, but on a whole new scale.

Toys
Toys
Our kids were just as nerdy as we are, and we were amazed that you could only find a small selection of the most popular Thomas the Tank Engine trains or Sylvanian Families figures. If you're passionate about something, you go all in!

Unique selection
Unique selection
We ventured out into the world and brought back everything that wasn't available in Denmark at the time. Our selection was narrow but incredibly deep. Customers came to find something unique – and initially, it all started in the basement beneath Morfars Chinese antique shop in Charlottenlund. He managed everything and participated in all of it. It didn't take long before we had three toy stores across Zealand.

Focus
Over time, we zoomed in more and more on the fact that the RC field was where we could make the biggest difference. There was truly a lack of variety and depth in the Danish market. That was probably Morfars' vision, so naturally, we couldn't be called anything other than Morfars.
