Processing Personal Data – Contract Fulfillment
When you make a purchase at Morfars.dk ApS, you provide us with some personal data, including:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your payment details
We handle this personal data to process your purchase, as it is necessary to fulfill our part of the transaction. This information is retained for five years from the end of the financial year it pertains to, in accordance with the Accounting Act § 10, after which it is deleted.
If you've opted for delivery, your name, address, phone number, and email address will be shared with our courier, currently GLS, to deliver your goodies.
Processing Personal Data – Consent
If you've ticked the box “Yes, please send me offers and news about remote-controlled cars and drones every two weeks.”, we will process your email address and your purchase details until it's no longer relevant. Practically, this means until you inform us you no longer want to receive our emails.
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Just use the link at the bottom of our emails or contact us at support@morfars.dk to indicate you don't want any more newsletters or offers.
Data Security
Whether we're processing your data to fulfill a contract (your purchase) or based on your consent, we always handle your personal data securely and confidentially, in compliance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.
Your information will only be used for the purpose it was collected for and will be deleted when that purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
We use third parties to process your payment information (PensoPay), manage your purchases (Shopify), optimize your buying experience, and if you’ve opted into our thrilling newsletter (Klaviyo). We've signed data processing agreements with these processors to ensure they comply with the necessary regulations for protecting your personal data.

If there are errors in our information, you’re welcome to have them corrected so we have the right details, and you also have the right to receive the data in a standard format (data portability). If you want changes or data portability, feel free to email us at the address above.
If you no longer want us to process your personal data or wish to limit the processing, you can also send us a request at the email address mentioned above.
Your information (except your email address, if you've consented to its processing to receive offers) will be deleted five years after you've received your product.
