Alright, let’s take a deep breath. Terms and conditions can feel like a dry desert, but we’ve turbocharged it by highlighting the essentials first. There are things you absolutely need to know. Unfortunately, it’s not always you who’s right. Nothing breaks on its own, you know that. But if you read the manual really, really carefully, you can glide through this tiresome bit relatively easily.
So let’s go:

⚠️ NOTE THAT MORFARS.DK SELLS HOBBY PRODUCTS WHICH REQUIRE YOU TO UNDERSTAND HOW THEY WORK AND NEED TO BE MAINTAINED. DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER USE OR LACK OF MAINTENANCE WILL NOT BE COVERED BY WARRANTY CLAIMS.
Cars can get damaged if driven straight into a curb or similar at high speed, and drones/planes/helicopters can be damaged if they crash. Young children should use the products with an adult to ensure proper handling. If in doubt, feel free to contact us.
The complexity of the products means you should read the accompanying manual before using the product. If the manual is missing or if you’re uncertain about anything, you should contact us before using the product.
Note that most of our products do not come with a Danish manual.
We continuously optimize packaging, and most products are delivered in plain boxes (brown recycled paper).
Payment
Payment can be made using the following methods: MobilePay, VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, or Anyday.
When paying by card, the payment will be reserved in accordance with your card’s terms until we process or reject the payment.
With Anyday you can split your payment. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over an agreed payment plan. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday, you get an account which you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. Read Anyday’s terms here.
The amount is charged when the item is shipped.
Delivery
We deliver goods to addresses in Denmark. The delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose when finalizing your order. The indicated times are the expected times for dispatch from us. Delays may occur around holidays and Black Friday.
We offer the following delivery methods: GLS Package Shop, home delivery, and business delivery.

Right of Withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase without reason within 14 days. If you have purchased several items in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. We do not refund delivery costs for partial cancellation.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or another person chosen by you (not the carrier) receives the item in physical possession.
If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver them all at once, the withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the last item in physical possession.
If you have ordered multiple parts or batches, the withdrawal period runs from the day you receive the last part or batch in physical possession.
If the period expires on a holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, it is extended to the next weekday.
How to Withdraw
You withdraw by clearly informing us that you wish to do so. For example, you can send a letter or email stating that you wish to withdraw to Morfars.dk ApS, Hørkær 30, 2730 Herlev, phone: 70259098, support@morfars.dk.
You cannot withdraw by refusing to receive the item or by not picking it up without also informing us that you wish to withdraw.
You can use the standard withdrawal form provided at the end of these sales and delivery terms, but it is not mandatory.
You can also fill out a withdrawal form on our website here: https://morfars.com/pages/customer-service. If you do so, we’ll immediately send a confirmation email of your withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is met if you send your message about exercising the right of withdrawal before it expires.
Return of Goods and Return Costs
If you withdraw from the purchase of an item, you must send or deliver the item to Morfars.dk, Hørkær 30, 2730 Herlev without undue delay and no later than 14 days from when you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 days.
Items cannot be sent COD or without delivery.
You must bear the direct costs of returning the item.
Refunds Upon Withdrawal
When you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. This does not apply to additional costs if you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer.
If you have purchased multiple items in one order and only withdraw part of your purchase, we do not refund delivery costs.
We refund the amount without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notification of withdrawal. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return.
We carry out such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Condition of the Item Upon Return and Packaging
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Normally, you may inspect and try the good as you would be allowed to do in a shop. At Morfars.dk, it is not possible to try a product.
You must return the item in its original packaging. The packaging can be opened but not damaged. Missing or damaged packaging may constitute a depreciation for which you may be held liable.
Additionally, you should ensure that the item is securely packed when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/goods until we receive them. Therefore, save your postal receipt and any track and trace numbers.
Complaints - If There's Something Wrong with the Item or Service
The Sale of Goods Act applies if you purchase a product, a digital service, or a digital content, and there is a defect in the purchased item. A defect can include a material or manufacturing fault or incorrect information about what you have purchased. Regular wear and tear or self-inflicted damage is not considered a defect.
You can complain about defects within 2 years from the date of delivery. You can make a complaint by contacting our customer service department at https://morfars.com/pages/customer-service. You need to act within a reasonable time after discovering the error. If it is a delivery damage, please inform us as soon as possible. If you complain within 2 months of discovering the defect, your complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary freight costs. Therefore, keep your receipt.
Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue, and if possible, send pictures of the defect. If we need to examine the item, it should be sent to:

Complaint Options
If we cannot agree on what you are entitled to, you have the following complaint options:
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Danish Consumer Complaint Board, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via The Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if that fails, you can bring the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
As a general rule, to make a complaint, the item or service must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must generally be at least 720 DKK. A fee is charged to have the complaint processed.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant for consumers with residence in another EU country. Submit a complaint here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. You must provide our email address: support@morfars.dk, when submitting a complaint.
Purchases of goods on morfars.com are subject to Danish law. Any disputes are settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
Other Terms
Gift Cards
Gift cards for https://morfars.com/ are valid for 2 years from the date the gift card is issued. Any remaining balance can be redeemed up to a year after the gift card's expiration.
Standard Withdrawal Form
This form is only completed and returned if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.
