Refund policy

You have the right to cancel an agreement without any reason within 14 days.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you physically take possession of the item. This means the day the product is handed over to you, placed in your mailbox, left in the shed by agreement with you, delivered to your workplace, or collected from a parcel shop.

You cancel by informing us that you wish to cancel. For example, you can send a letter, an email, or a fax stating your intention to cancel to Morfars.com, Hørkær 30, 2730 Herlev, support@morfars.dk. You cannot cancel by refusing to accept the item or by not picking it up.

You can use the statutory cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. You can also use our return form (http://morfars.dk/retur). If you use it, we'll send an email confirmation of receipt immediately.

The cancellation period is observed if you send your notice to exercise the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must send or return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you've informed us of your decision to cancel. The deadline is met if you return the items before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items can, for example, be returned with GLS or Postdanmark. The return shipping costs are expected to be at most DKK 102. If you use our return form, you have the option to receive a prepaid GLS return label. This costs DKK 49 and will be deducted from your refund amount.

When you cancel, we refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. However, if you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest option we offer, you will not receive a refund for the additional cost.

We will refund the amount without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of cancellation. However, we can withhold the refund until we receive the returned items, or you provide proof of return.

We will carry out such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Important about testing the product and packaging

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may typically examine the item as you would in a store, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that is not allowed or possible in a store, and we cannot sell it as new at full price again, expect that we will deduct the depreciation from the amount you are owed back.

You should return the item in its original packaging. You should also ensure that the item is securely packed when you return it, as you are responsible for the package/items until we receive it. So, keep the postage receipt and any track and trace number.
