Pre-orders – How It Works

When you pre-order a product with us, you're reserving an item that's either not in stock yet or just around the corner. Payment is charged at the time of order.

You can always cancel a pre-order as long as it hasn't been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, you can instead request a refund – either full or partial. Check our return policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Traxxas spare parts and custom parts not listed on the site are treated as pre-orders.
