How do you deliver, and what are the shipping costs?
All packages are sent with Postnord to a private address, company address or parcel shop / pickup location.
The delivery costs are €15 for all packages in Europe. The expected delivery time is 2-6 days.
For purchases over €95, cheaper shipping or free standard shipping (3-7 business day delivery) is offered.
What about returns and warranty?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you return the item unused and in substantially salable condition, you'll receive a 100% refund. If the item has been used, you'll get a reduced refund.
There is no warranty, but you have a 2-year claim period that covers defects and faults in the product.
