Reasons for Return

Cancellation

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you return the item unused and in its original packaging, you will receive a 100% refund. If the item has been used, a reduced amount will be refunded.

Repair

If you've had an accident, we can fix the product for you. A simple repair usually costs DKK 250 + spare parts. We'll contact you with an offer if it costs more.

Claims & Warranty

If your product has a defect or fault, you're covered by our 2-year warranty.

Questions about returns

Is there a warranty on the products?

There is no warranty, but a 2-year right to make a complaint. This right covers defects and issues with the product. It does not cover damage caused by accidents or misuse.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers any defects or faults with the product itself. However, it doesn't cover damage caused by accidents or incorrect use.

For example: If you receive a brand new remote-controlled car that won't run, we'll replace it with a new one.

But if you drive the car and hit a curb, breaking the wheel suspension, that's not covered by the warranty.

What can a product withstand?

If you have an accident, anything can break. It might happen on the first ride, after 2 months, or never. That's just how accidents go.

Unfortunately, there's no insurance for remote-controlled cars and drones. If there was, it’d probably be too expensive anyway.

Can I cancel a purchase?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you return the item unused and in a substantially sellable condition, you'll get 100% of the amount back.

If the item has been used, you'll receive a reduced amount back (purchase price minus depreciation).

Can my product be repaired?

Yes, and often it can be done cheaply and quickly. You can buy spare parts right here on the site, and in most cases, it's easy to replace them yourself.

Alternatively, you can send the product back to us - we can fix it for you.

Who pays for the shipping?

In case of a valid claim, we cover the shipping costs (up to DKK 49) both ways.

For returns and repairs, you will need to pay for the shipping yourself.
