All about Drone M6 Zoomer

Description

The Drone M6 Zoomer is a beginner-friendly drone that comes with everything right in the box: a camera with tilt function, a small screen directly on the transmitter, and a handy storage case. You can be airborne within 10 minutes of opening the box, and there's no app to download or set up if you don't want to. A perfect gift or first drone for the curious explorer.

Screen on the Transmitter — No Smartphone Needed

A small built-in screen is on the transmitter, allowing you to see the drone's live view without connecting your phone. This is quite an advantage in this price range, where you typically need to attach a smartphone. If you want a larger and sharper image, you can stream to your smartphone via the iOS or Android app.

What You Get

  • Camera with tiltable lens — angle the camera up or down during flight
  • Small screen directly on the transmitter (view images without a smartphone)
  • Altitude hold — the drone maintains its height when you release the stick
  • Brushless motors — more power and longer lifespan than simpler brushed motors in cheaper models
  • Foldable arms — easy to pack away
  • Practical storage case with space for the drone, transmitter, and accessories
  • Flight time up to 15 minutes per battery
  • Range up to 40 meters — perfect for backyard, lawn, or indoor flying
  • C0-marked and start weight of 120 g — meets EU requirements and is well below the microdrone weight limit

Who is the M6 Zoomer for?

The M6 Zoomer is for those who want to start with drones without investing in a professional camera tool. It’s ideal as a first drone, a gift for a curious teenager, or if you just want to test if drone flying is your thing. For the price, you get a pretty complete package — screen, camera, case, and extra propellers — which would cost several hundred more with other models in the class.

If image quality is what you're after, for example, for social media videos or holiday memories from the air, you should look at a higher level. The camera on the M6 Zoomer is fine for seeing what the drone sees, but it's not built for content creation.

What to Expect for the Price?

The M6 Zoomer is a toy drone, not a camera drone. This means it can take some knocks but not a lot: crashes into walls, branches, and floors happen, and with its robust design, you might be lucky it survives. However, propellers, camera lenses, and arms can get damaged on hard impact — that's why extra propellers are included in the box. We also have spare propellers, extra batteries, and larger extra batteries in stock.

The short range (up to 40 m) means you need to stay close to the drone, especially the first few times. It's also a good limit if a beginner is at the controls — it won't fly off over the trees.

The drone comes assembled and ready to use. You just need a USB adapter for charging — the one from your smartphone will work. The transmitter also charges via USB.

Little Sibling

The M6 Zoomer shares many good features with the Drone GT3, which is a step down in size and price. The M6 Zoomer is larger, comes with a case, and has a screen on the transmitter — if you want something more compact and cheaper, the GT3 is worth considering.

Drone Regulations

The M6 Zoomer is C0-marked and weighs only 120 grams, but drone regulations still apply. Since there is a camera on the drone, you must register as a drone operator. Read up on drone regulations before your first flight.
