A drone that doesn't have to stay in the air
The special feature of the Rolling Drone is its two large wheels around the propellers. Place it on the floor, and it can roll away like an RC vehicle. Steer it towards a smooth wall, and the wheels let it continue upwards. It can also move under the ceiling when the surface is smooth and obstacle-free. This offers more ways to play than a regular small drone.
Jump and tricks on the floor
With the bounce function, the Rolling Drone can hop across the floor, and it can perform 360-degree rotations on the spot. Here, the wheels really shine: They are an active part of the movement and also function as a protective frame around the propellers.
Great features for first flights
One-key start and landing help the drone safely up and down, while headless mode makes steering more manageable when it's hard to see which way the nose is pointing. We still recommend starting slowly on the floor and then practicing flying in a room with plenty of space.
Nominated for ToyAward 2026
The Rolling Drone was among the three nominated products in the Teenager & Adults category at the ToyAward 2026 at the Spielwarenmesse in Nuremberg. The jury highlighted the combination of flying, rolling, wall climbing, and bounce function. It's a nice confirmation of what we think makes the product exciting: You get a pretty unique and versatile drone for your money.
Battery and charging
The drone uses a detachable rechargeable 3.8 V 1100 mAh LiPo battery. It comes with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, but not a wall adapter. The transmitter uses 3 x AAA batteries, which must be purchased separately. If you don't already have an adapter, you'll find a USB adapter here.

Realistic expectations
The large wheels provide better protection for the propellers than an open mini-drone, but the Rolling Drone can still break from hard impacts and falls. It is made for indoor use on clean floors and smooth walls and ceilings. Avoid stairs, open windows, lamps, loose wires, and surfaces that can scratch or catch the wheels.
