The Traxxas Stampede is a classic among electric remote-controlled Monster Trucks with rear-wheel drive. It's been around for years but has only gotten better with time and minor upgrades. With the Stampede, you're getting a super sturdy truck that can handle just about anything.

The Stampede has a top speed of nearly 45 km/h, and that might be a bit too much to start with. You can set the truck to "training" mode, which reduces top speed and acceleration, so everyone can join in on the fun!

Battery and charger

Stampede comes with the original 8.4V NiMH battery pack and USB-C charger (NiMH).

IMPORTANT: you'll need a USB-C adapter and a cable. You can use USB-C adapters from newer phones, tablets, or computers.

If you want longer run time and more power, we recommend upgrading to LiPo:

For LiPo, you'll need a LiPo charger like the USB-C LiPo or EZ-Peak Plus.
