All about Huina Tower Crane 1:14

Description

The Huina Tower Crane 1:14 is that kind of toy that makes an entire construction site look grander. Once assembled, it stands about 125 cm tall, and you can control the hook, boom, and rotation from the remote control. It's hard not to immediately want to find something to lift.

There's just as much fun in assembling the crane as there is in using it. When it's ready on the floor, it can rotate, move the hook along the arm, and lift or lower the load. Lights and sound help turn an ordinary play session into a busy day on the construction site.

The tower crane is designed for lightweight items and calm, precise play. It can lift up to approximately 500 g under good conditions, but it's best to start with small, light items like blocks, small figures, or light loads. Avoid hanging heavy toys on the hook or pulling the wire by hand to keep the crane in top shape.

The coolest features of the Huina Tower Crane 1:14:

  • Large remote-controlled tower crane standing about 125 cm tall
  • Control the hook, arm, and rotating crane from the remote
  • Lights, sound, and 2.4 GHz control for the complete construction site experience

The heart of the construction site

A tower crane adds something special to playtime, as it doesn't just move around—it creates an entire task. Lift materials, move them across the site, and lower them precisely where you need them. It's perfect alongside our Huina Excavator 1:14, but it also works great on its own.

Large model with many parts

The crane must be assembled before it's ready to use. It's part of the fun, but we recommend having an adult help, especially with setting up the tower, boom, and wire correctly. Find a level floor with plenty of space around the crane, so it stands stably and can rotate freely.

Battery and charging

The Huina Tower Crane 1:14 comes with a rechargeable 7.2 V 400 mAh battery pack and USB charging cable. Expect up to 25 minutes of operation time and up to 4 hours of charging time. You'll need 4 x AA batteries for the crane's base and the remote control.

Workshop tips

Give the crane its own designated spot on the construction site and ensure the surface is level. Use small, light items on the hook and lift slowly—it's more realistic and lessens the strain on the mechanics. Make sure the wire is neatly wound before lifting again.

Tips from the Workshop

Give the crane a permanent spot on a flat floor with plenty of space around it. Use small, lightweight items on the hook, and lift slowly—it looks more realistic and is better for the mechanics. Always check that the wire rolls nicely before lifting again.
